Describe how you will use the connection

Tell us whether you need a local telephone number, mobile data, hotspot use or a fixed connection for a longer stay. Share your approximate duration and intended destinations so the practical questions are clear.

Describe the connection you need

A visitor needing maps and messages has a different requirement from someone who works online or needs a connection for a whole household. Explain your device, length of stay and whether you need mobile data, a local number, home internet or a combination.

Questions before choosing

  • Is the device compatible and unlocked for the intended SIM or eSIM?
  • What identity check and registration does the operator require?
  • Which data, calls, renewal and cancellation terms apply to the chosen plan?
  • For a home, what service is available at the exact address and who arranges installation?

Use the operator’s current coverage and plan information. A neighbourhood name or a connection advertised in a rental listing does not establish the actual speed or suitability in a particular room.

The enquiry can help you compare the next steps and find the right provider channel. It does not sell a telecom contract or promise coverage, speed or activation on behalf of an operator.

Check the device and property

Before requesting eSIM-related help, check your handset model, compatibility and lock status. Magticom’s published instructions explain its installation process; use the current operator guidance for the product you select.

For a property, ask who holds and manages the internet contract and whether the connection can be tested at the actual address. A generic building description is not a speed or reliability guarantee.

Know who confirms the product

The chosen provider confirms identification steps, eligibility, package conditions, charges and technical availability. Any requested in-person coordination is separately scoped before you decide to proceed. Keep passwords, activation codes and account-recovery details private.

Keep planning

Good to know.

Can you guarantee that my phone accepts an eSIM?

No. The exact handset and product must be checked against the manufacturer and operator requirements.

Is a mobile contract included in the enquiry?

No. You choose and contract with a telecom provider. Any coordination service is described separately.

Can I rely on a rental listing’s internet description?

Ask about the actual service at the property and test it for your intended use where possible. Installation, equipment and ongoing payment responsibilities should be clear.
